Message: Came out on short notice on a Friday afternoon when we did not have any water. Diagnosed problems quickly. Discovered ruptured pressure tank caused well pump to excessively cycle ultimately causing wires to break and damaged pump. Got new tank, new pump, torque arrestor and all new stainless steel fittings. Had me back up and running in a couple of hours. A bit pricy but thankful for having water again.

Message: After hearing rave reviews from various other building professionals about Grady Poole, I decided to hire them to dig out well. The guys who came out were so professional, friendly & respectful of our property. When they came out to dig the well, we had had weeks of rain & those poor guys were having to deal with our lot being a mud pit. Out of all the crews we have had on our property since starting construction, the Grady Poole company is definitely our favorite. Definitely recommended! My only "complaint" is that they don't take credit cards. Me and my husband weren't prepared to pay by check, and didn't know this up front.
