Message: I've been patronizing this local R. E. Michel store for many years. The company has 240 stores in total. They provide wholesale distribution of products for air conditioning, heating and refrigeration. They carry an extensive inventory. The company catalog had 50 pages in 1948, but today has over 1400 pages. If they don't stock the product you are looking for, they can get it quickly from their Maryland distribution center. The staff are always very helpful and great at problem-solving. There is usually a longer wait in the early morning. I have found it better to go in the afternoon when my schedule permits.
