Review/Comment

Name: M Smith
Message: I live in an established neighborhood. Walton builders started building a house on an undeveloped parcel earlier this year. Several subcontractors were double parking on the street. I had several conversations with project manager Graham Bost, requesting both the subcontractors and he, himself, consider alternate parking arrangements rather than double parking on the street. These conversations were met with resistance from both the subcontractors and Graham. My other ask, to clean the red clay and stones tracked up from the temporary driveway off the street, has been ignored. This concern has been brought to their attention through various channels, including face-to-face interactions and picture-supported texts. Despite being assured that appropriate action would be taken, my concerns have regrettably remained unaddressed. Walton Builders' regard for the community has not met the standard typically associated with high-end builders. If they treat residents in the neighborhood with disregard, I am lead to believe this is also how they build. We are planning a garage addition to our home and initially considered seeking a bid from Walton Builders. However, in light of the apathy displayed, we will not be pursuing a bid from this particular contractor.
In addition to this, we came home this eve to find a basketball pole pushed backward as if someone ran into it or intentionally pushed it backward.
