Message: Our well pump failed Friday am – panic! Never had a well before. Searched net to locate a reputable company – most couldn’t come until Monday, even though many claimed 24/7 service. Don’t believe it. One company said they would come late Friday afternoon, only to bail at the last minute, leaving us high and dry (literally! ).. Fortunately, one of the calls we made was to A Complete Pump and Water Pure. Pam Carter, owner, literally took charge and proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy. She asked questions and told us what we needed to do to provide her with more specific information about our well so she could assess our situation. She said she would send someone Saturday am. I knew we were in good hands when she said with conviction “help is on the way”.. Bryan and his crew were the best, working efficiently for 4 hours to complete the job. He gave us very detailed instructions to follow to be sure our water and its quality would be safe and the transition to full use would proceed without any negative impact to our plumbing or filtration system..
