Message: An amazing experience with Backyard Oasis. If you want a gunite pool, this is the company to go with. Sean, Vance and the entire team were so great. Always communicating and making sure we knew what the process would be and when it would happen. We signed our contract in October, permits were issued within a few weeks and dig-day was just a couple weeks later. it was 4 months from dig to fill, which is almost unheard of. I've heard horror stories about pool builders, but this was one of the best experiences we could've asked for. We now have an amazing pool and we can't wait for summer. If you want the best - go with Backyard Oasis Pools!

Message: I did my due diligence before selecting Backyard Oasis Pools (BYO). I have a relatively small area but wanted maximum pool size and features. BYO was the only company that listened to my desires and designed exactly what I wanted within my pool range budget. There was no hard sell, there was complete disclosure estimates on each sub contractor. Each phase of the construction (the dig, electrical, plumbing, Gunite, plastering, concrete walkways/stone wall, fencing, landscaping) was done with best in the business subs and BYO staff. Sean, the owner, constantly checked the progress and quality of construction. I ended up with beautiful pool, done in a timely manner that is the envy of the neighborhood and a family delight.

Message: I am beyond impressed with the level of service I received from everyone in the company throughout the whole pool construction process and after the pool was up and running. In the past, I have dealt with contractors (in other areas of construction) that do not communicate and keep me updated during the construction process and that do not handle questions and concerns after everything is complete. But the whole staff, including the 2 owners, replied immediately to all my questions (even during the holidays) and made me feel like a valued customer and that my pool was not just another project. They took a vested interest in my project from the beginning and kept it that way and they still are even after everything is done. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone interested in installing a pool.

Message: Sean and Vance built our pool last summer of 2016. After plastering there were several very visible cracks on the bottom. They fought for a year to get the plaster installer to fix the cracks. The repairs are being done this week. I appreciate the determination to get our pool right even after so much time has past.. Sean showed a lot of class doing this and can be counted trustworthy with such a large investment as a pool.

Message: Backyard Oasis is one of the most professional pool companies I have dealt with. They designed and constructed our family pool in North Raleigh. From day one, I felt as if the company knew what they were doing and helped me through the process of designing my pool. They coordinated all contractors and processes of inspection and locating services for various projects being done at the same time. The company finished on time and on budget!
